To help us help you faster, please include the following in your message when relevant:

  4. A screenshot if you are reporting a bug, error, or wrong reward.

Including these four details typically cuts our response time in half because we do not need to ask follow-up questions.

How We Handle Submissions

When you submit content to our gallery or wiki, here is what happens:

  1. You submit via the form or email.
  2. We review within 48 hours. We check for accuracy, originality, and that no personal information is exposed in screenshots.
  3. We may edit for clarity, length, or image cropping. We will show you the final version before publishing if you opt in.
  4. We credit you with the display name you choose. We never share your email or real name without your written permission.
  5. You can request removal at any time. We honor removal requests within 7 days.

What We Do Not Accept

To keep our community healthy, we do not accept or respond to:

Messages that fall into these categories are filtered automatically. Repeated abusive messages result in the sender being blocked from all our community channels.

Office Hours & Accessibility

Our team spans four time zones. Someone is typically online between 06:00 UTC and 22:00 UTC every day. Outside those hours, expect a slightly slower response, especially on weekend nights.
