The 2.6.1 hotfix, deployed at 09:00 UTC today, addresses two of the most-reported issues from our community bug board. Ocean Crate drop rate from OCEANBOUND code redemption is now 100% (was a flaky 80%), and the pet bonding timer no longer desyncs after server maintenance windows.
What this means for players: If you redeemed OCEANBOUND before today and got an "empty crate" error, log in now to retroactively receive your reward. The fix is server-side, no re-redemption needed.

The Oceanbound season launched on July 12 with a new fishing region, 8 new fish species, 12 cosmetic items, and the limited Ocean Crate. Our team tested the season for 48 hours and broke down the value of the free track vs premium pass, plus the most efficient grind path for new and returning players.
Key findings: Free players can earn ~70% of the total event rewards with ~6 hours of play. The premium pass is worth it if you can complete all weekly challenges.

What we asked the developer: Whether the Greenhouse rework will be reverted in v2.7. The answer: "We are listening, but no immediate changes planned."
