v2.6.1 Hotfix —Ocean Crate Drop Rate Increased, Pet Bonding Bug Fixed

July 19, 2026 · Marcus, Lead Editor

The 2.6.1 hotfix, deployed at 09:00 UTC today, addresses two of the most-reported issues from our community bug board. Ocean Crate drop rate from OCEANBOUND code redemption is now 100% (was a flaky 80%), and the pet bonding timer no longer desyncs after server maintenance windows.

What this means for players: If you redeemed OCEANBOUND before today and got an "empty crate" error, log in now to retroactively receive your reward. The fix is server-side, no re-redemption needed.
